One result of the collaboration between funders
and ministries in ACAM is the creation of a new practice framework,
known as the Nine Elements of Organizational Capacity, which allows
participants to discuss, learn about and gauge capacity building
progress. The nine elements, which are hallmarks of a healthy
nonprofit, are:
